Citizenship

Purpose:

The goal of our citizenship program is to empower our community and encourage stronger civic participation for all City of Azusa Residents. Azusa City Library, created Inspired Citizenship as a program to support and prepare residents during their process for Citizenship (Naturalization).

Services:

The library offers:
  • Weekly classes
  • Study materials
  • 1-on-1 tutoring
  • Special information workshops to help you and your family achieve your dreams of becoming U.S. citizens
  • Help from a citizenship specialist

Classes are:

Tuesdays at 10 a.m. (Zoom) – English

Wednesdays at 5 p.m. (In Person) – English

Thursdays at 9 a.m. (In Person) – Spanish

Volunteer Opportunities

If you are interested in helping your neighbors prepare for the naturalization exam, the library is seeking volunteers to become Citizenship tutors.
