Project Description

Design Review (DR-2020-06) for the remodel of an existing 98,000 SF office building and addition of 45,000 SF to the building, building a new conference center and 275 parking structure. Use Permit (UP-2020-03) for the conference room use and Modification to UP-2019-01 to include extended hours of operation for the twenty-hour operation of a medical laboratory facility.

This project is categorically exempt from environmental review per Class 1 Categorical Exemption (State CEQA Guidelines, § 15301), (California Environmental Quality Act).
